Dernek was founded in 2020 by a group of academics, professionals and volunteers to work in the fields of science, education and social solidarity. Since its foundation, it has been committed to supporting the professional and personal development of its members, bringing knowledge to every part of society and producing projects for the public good.

By organising congresses, workshops, panels and training programmes, our association acts as a bridge between universities, public institutions, local governments and the private sector. Today it continues its work nationwide with more than 250 members from different provinces, a youth branch and regional representative offices.
