Pursuant to the Board's decision, our association's ordinary general assembly will be held with the agenda below. If a quorum is not reached, the second meeting will be held one week later at the same place and time without a quorum requirement.
Agenda
- Opening, moment of silence and election of the meeting council
- Reading and discharge of the Board and Audit Committee activity reports
- Discussion of the estimated budget for the next term
- Discussion of proposed amendments to the statute
- Wishes and closing
To attend the general assembly you must have no outstanding membership dues. You can check your dues status in the member panel.
