Small steps, big impact
Moving dues tracking online, offering a panel where members can update their own details, or publishing activity reports in a form everyone can access are steps that need no big budgets but directly build trust.
This year we assessed every digital step we took by asking whether it made a member's life easier. My advice is the same: put the member's experience, not the technology, at the centre.
